No-bake almond butter and oat bars loaded with seeds and cacao nibs for steady, portable energy.

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- ¼ cup honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 cups oats
Instructions
Line an 8×8 or 9×9 pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
Stir together the wet ingredients, then add the dry ingredients. Stir until evenly coated — the mixture should be sticky but manageable.
Transfer to the pan and press firmly with the back of a spoon to compact.
Refrigerate 1–2 hours until firm (or freeze 30 minutes).
Lift out using the parchment, cut into bars, and store airtight. Eat within one week.
