Nova IV Lounge: Physician-Curated Infusions
The Nova IV Lounge is physician-curated. Every protocol designed by Dr. Chris Di Giorgio and Dr. Jennifer Knight, every patient screened, and every infusion dosed against your clinical picture instead of a one-size template. The same building that runs Nova’s longevity and integrative medicine practice runs the IV menu. So your infusions are coordinated with your hormones, your peptides, your cardiometabolic plan, and the rest of your care.
Why Physician-Curated Matters
IV therapy has gone mainstream. And most of the lounges that have opened in the last five years are good at logistics and weak at clinical depth. The protocols are template-driven. The screening is light. The “wellness” framing rarely connects back to real health outcomes.
Nova‘s lounge runs differently. The clinical leadership is built into the practice. Dr. Di Giorgio’s cardiology and lifestyle-medicine background drives how we approach recovery, cardiovascular, and performance infusions. Dr. Knight’s integrative and women’s health expertise drives the protocols for migraine, cycle support, autoimmune, and detox. The result is a menu that doesn’t just hydrate you. It does work that fits inside a larger plan.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be a Nova patient to use the IV Lounge?
No. The lounge is open to Nova patients and non-patients alike. If you’d like an infusion to be part of a larger longevity, integrative, or weight loss plan, becoming a Nova patient gives you the coordinated version. But the lounge itself is open access.
Are the IV protocols evidence-based?
The clinical evidence base for IV therapy varies by protocol. NAD+, glutathione, magnesium-based migraine protocols, and certain micronutrient infusions have meaningful clinical evidence behind them. Others are supportive rather than disease-modifying. Nova will be honest with you about which is which. And recommend infusions accordingly.
How often should I get an infusion?
Depends on what you’re using it for. Acute migraine or illness, episodic. Recovery, performance, NAD+, longevity protocols, typically a series, then maintenance. We’ll build the cadence with you.
Is IV therapy safe?
When dosed appropriately and administered in a clinical setting, yes. The risks come from inappropriate dosing, unscreened patients, and non-medical settings. Exactly the things Nova is structured to prevent.
Does insurance cover IV therapy?
Generally no. IV therapy at Nova is self-pay. Pricing is transparent and posted; our concierge will walk you through specifics before you book.
