Homemade Granola
Crunchy sprouted-oat granola toasted with coconut, cinnamon, and a touch of honey.

Ingredients
- 3 cups sprouted rolled oats (GF)
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp raw honey (or pure date syrup)
- Cinnamon, vanilla
Instructions
Combine the sprouted rolled oats, coconut flakes, and cinnamon.
In a saucepan, melt the coconut oil, then remove from heat and add the vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and spread onto a baking sheet.
Drizzle with honey (or date syrup) and bake at ~350°F for ~40 minutes, stirring halfway.
Top with flaky salt as desired. Great over yogurt, chia pudding, or oats.
