Date “Candy”
Medjool dates flattened with almond butter and dark chocolate — a naturally sweet, bite-sized treat.

Ingredients
- 2 pitted Medjool dates
- ¼ tbsp natural almond butter (or nut butter of choice)
- ¼ tbsp ≥85% dark chocolate, melted
- Optional: chopped walnuts or pistachios; sea salt
Instructions
Flatten the dates between two pieces of parchment paper using the back of a spoon or your palms, so they blend together.
Drizzle with nut butter, add optional chopped nuts, then drizzle with melted chocolate.
Optionally sprinkle with sea salt.
Freeze 20–25 minutes until hardened, then cut into bite-size pieces. Keep refrigerated.
