Frequently Asked
Questions

Does Nova Wellness accept insurance?

We are considered out of network for all commercial insurance networks and we do not participate with medicare or medicaid plans.  We have intentionally chosen this approach because our care model is designed to prioritize quality, time, and individualized care that goes beyond the limitations often imposed by insurance companies.

Do you provide primary care?

At Nova Wellness, we specialize in consultative services that focus on a holistic approach to wellness, longevity, and hormone and metabolic balance. While we do not provide routine medical care such as diabetes follow-ups, pap smears, or acute care services, we do prescribe medications and supplements for certain conditions related to hormone regulation, metabolic health, and overall longevity. Our goal is to support your health with personalized, integrative treatments that complement your primary care.

Do you offer in-person visits?

Currently, we are offering telehealth visits only as we are in the process of renovating our new office space.

When will the physical office in Roseland open?

We are excited to announce that our office is undergoing renovation, and we anticipate opening in August 2025!

What services will be available when the office opens?

When our office opens, we will offer a range of services focused on wellness and early detection, including specialized cardiovascular disease screening (such as Carotid Intimal Thickness and Nitric Oxide testing), VO2 max testing, DXA scans, Echolight for radiation-free bone density testing, IV infusion therapies, and more. Stay tuned for further updates as we approach our opening date!
